Dear Valued Customer,

It is with great sadness that we share the news of the passing of our Otwell GSD Customer Service Manager, Jason Dickson.
Jason was a valued member of our team and a trusted partner to many of our customers. He took great pride in serving you and building strong relationships with those he worked with. His dedication, kindness, and commitment to our customers will be deeply missed.

We understand that many of you may have worked closely with Jason over the years, and we wanted you to hear this news directly from us.
During this transition, Andrew Mueller and/or JD Sorgius will be assisting you with your account and any questions or needs you may have. Andrew can be reached at (931) 408-8992. JD can be reached at (812) 582-1504. We remain committed to providing you with the same level of service and support you have come to expect from us.
We appreciate your understanding during this difficult time and ask that you keep Jason’s family, friends, and loved ones in your thoughts and prayers.

Funeral arrangements are pending.
Sincerely,

Gary Sorgius, President
